At Eloria Beauty, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused or gently used items back in their original packaging, ensuring all caps and seals are securely fastened to prevent leaks.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
